Aventura Hospital Cooling Tower Structural Enhancements

Aventura Hospital needed to replace their mechanical cooling system, they relied on Core Restoration to ensure the structure could support the new equipment and not have to deal with structural repairs. In an effort to avoid concrete restoration to the existing structure it was decided to construct a new structure to support the cooling tower. The structural enhancements included concrete footings, concrete columns, concrete repairs to the existing concrete slabs, and new concrete pads for the mechanical pumps. We successfully completed the project in a timely manner to ensure the cooling tower was operational in a reasonable time frame.
