The comprehensive repair and renovation project includes the complete repair and renovation of the pool deck area. This project consists of extensive demolition work to remove damaged surfaces, and outdated materials. Waterproofing measures are applied throughout the affected areas, along with the refurbishment of the drainage systems to prevent water intrusion and ensure long-term surface protection. The entire pool deck is being fully repaired, resurfaced, and upgraded with new pavers for improved aesthetics, safety, and functionality. Additionally, a new yoga turf area will be installed to create a designated recreational space.
Key components involve waterproofing of all designated areas to ensure long-term water protection, utilizing Tremco Vulkem® EWS with advanced PUMA (Polyurethane-Methacrylate) technology for enhanced durability and fast-track application. The existing deck will be upgraded with the installation of new pavers, providing both aesthetic improvement and better surface drainage. The project includes a full resurfacing of the pool using Diamond Brite for a modern, durable finish, along with the installation of a completely new pool structure. The scope also includes refurbishment of the existing drainage system to improve efficiency and prevent water buildup. New planters will be installed to enhance the landscape design, and all waterproofing drains and topping slabs will be reinstalled to maintain structural integrity and ensure complete waterproofing protection. This project results in significant structural, functional, and visual improvements across the site.
