This concrete restoration and waterproofing project at Le Montcalm in Sunny Isles Beach focused on the pool deck area. The work included pool deck concrete repairs to address damaged and deteriorated areas, crack repairs, stucco restoration once the underlying issues were corrected, and post-tension cable repairs to restore the integrity of the structural elements. After all repairs were completed, a new waterproofing system was installed to provide long-term protection against moisture penetration, restoring the affected areas while enhancing the structure’s overall durability, functionality, and appearance.
