Lindsey Hopkins Technical College – Parking Garage Restoration
This project addressed significant damage throughout the parking garage at Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ Lindsey Hopkins Technical College. The barrier cables and expansion joints were in damaged condition and were completely restored, with the scope also including concrete spalling repairs, crack repairs, stucco restoration, wing joint repairs, and the replacement of backer rod and sealants. The restoration work improved the garage’s structural integrity, durability, and overall appearance while helping protect the structure from further deterioration and ensuring safety for students and faculty.
