Parker Dorado Hallway Beautification Project

The interior renovation of the condominium hallways focused on modernizing and enhancing common areas to improve aesthetics, functionality, and overall resident experience. Scope of work included the removal of outdated finishes, followed by the installation of new flooring, baseboards, wall coverings, and fresh paint throughout all corridors. Lighting fixtures were upgraded to energy-efficient LED systems to improve visibility and reduce long-term utility costs. Additional improvements included updated signage, hardware replacements, and repairs to drywall and ceiling surfaces as needed. The renovation was completed with attention to minimizing disruption to residents while significantly elevating the appearance and value of the interior common spaces.
