240 Galen 40 Year Recertification and Concrete Restoration Project

This property was due for its mandated 40 Year Re-Certification and they relied on Core Restoration to take on the project. This project consisted of concrete baluster system demolition, concrete restoration to slabs, beams, and columns, stucco repairs, and installation of new aluminum picket railings at the private balconies. Concrete restoration and structural shoring was completed without any issues and the residents now have upgraded aluminum picket railings on their balconies.
