Archbishop Carroll Manor

This project consisted of exterior balcony concrete restoration, railing replacement, balcony waterproofing, stucco repairs, and exterior paint. In order to modernize the building there were also elements of Chattahoochee removal and replacement with stucco. The structural repairs at the balcony slabs were also part of a reinforcement effort in order to be able to properly install the new aluminum picket railings.
